Diabetes and Taco Bell
The day is ruled by the night in my world of endless job searching. Unemployment is on the high, and dead people are coming back to life to claim what is theirs… We are on the brink of a complete economic zombie collapse.
This winter I plan to read many fictional novels. One thing I like to do is read scary novels during the holidays. Something about the cold, dark days creates such mystery.
The other day, I went into the gem-store near my house in Austin. This store hold some of the finest rocks known to man. There I saw something I knew I must have — rock-lamps! If not for the cool glows, then for the warm conversation over mulled wine, which is to be had over the soft glow of a salt-rock lamp…mulled wine…..mmmm
The new year is upon us, and I am goddam excited.
Above is a real-life representation of the American judicial system, where the wolf on bottom is justice, and the wolf on top is has cat aids. Don’t ask, I didn’t.
I am ready for a post-grad relaxation era, one where papers will not be due, and where tests will not be studied for around the clock. One where I can watch all of Dario Argento’s films in the quietude of a cold and dark 3am moonlit morning.
Hooray for the real deal: no more drowning accidents in 2011. It will be my new year’s resolution.
